Guests do not need an account and are not asked for a name, email address or phone number. The service stores anonymous session messages so it can answer follow-up questions and help hosts identify missing property information.

Hosts control property information and guest access links. Operational logs avoid access codes, Wi‑Fi passwords, authentication tokens and API credentials. Hosts may request deletion of their workspace data.

Service providers used for hosting and, when configured, language formulation process only the information needed to deliver the service. Retention can be adjusted as the product’s operational policy develops.
